When The Government Blocks Whatsapp

In many countries, during civil unrest, the government turns down services that can help fuel trouble for them. We have  witnessed countries that government has turned down internet services in order to calm down a situation. this can be very frustrating especially if  your business or education is completely dependent on the internet. It is very expensive when the government stops internet in a country, because they have to pay the ISP (internet service providers) for the time. But its very common to see situations where the  Government ear drops on our communication channel or completely stops vital internet services like Whatsapp.

In this post i will give you a solution on how to get back your whatsapp commmuincation channel.

What Happens?:

Your  ISP can analyse the traffic (what you send and recieve via internet) and block the specific traffic from WhatsApp. They can look for packet types of the voice traffic, messages, pictures  or they could look for the negotiations between your phone and the network before a connection is made. They might also block specific servers which act as gateways.

Whats the solution?:
